Today has been a good day. Good food, good friends, and a wonderful swim at the gym this morning. 

Breakfast:
Banana, strawberries, turkey sausage with blueberries, brown rice "oatmeal" style 

Lunch was a salad after the gym with home made guacamole and dressing 

Snack time brought about another yummy banana cake 

Dinner was leftover chicken veggie stew with extra chicken and a "biscuit" 

Lots of water and black coffee and it's time to call it a day. Half way there tomorrow! I got this!
