Hand update

So I've been : 
No tomatoes
Very little/no white flour
No sugar (sub honey) 

Also cut out 90% of all processed foods but still eating some crescent rolls about twice a week and non ketchup/tomato condiments once a week. Eating out about once a week. 

Hands are amazing. I even washed dishes today without feeling like they were on fire and no skin issues. 

Amazing!
