Triggers

So I've added some things back into my
Diet regularly and this is what I have learned...

Not triggers: 
Eggs
Cheese
Caffeine
Cream
Yogurt
Oatmeal
Honey
Potatoes
Red meat
Shellfish
Legumes
Peanuts
Wine
Ham
Bacon
Chicken

Appear to be triggers:
Sugar
Tomatoes
Soy

Still on the fence:
Wheat
Yeast
Gluten
Citrus fruit
Beer :(
